My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of experiences. On one hand, the rooms were clean and well maintained but lacked soundproofing, leading me to have to switch rooms. However, the temperature was uncomfortably warm. The service, on the other hand, was fantastic, with great communication from the staff and helpful tips about nearby parking. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city center, just a minute's walk from the main square. The dining was a bit repetitive, although the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was superb, just a few minutes away from all the interesting spots in Krakow. The breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of choices to suit all needs. The only downside was that my room was at the front and quite noisy, but overall, it was lovely and comfortable.
